Check out the great work done by Concrete Foreman, Iian and his team. A homeowner reached out to us for a solution to the sinking concrete driveway they were experiencing. The apron of the driveway had settled causing small dips in the driveway. Every time a car pulled in or out it would hit the dip. The homeowner wanted the apron of the driveway lifted so that they would't have to worry about tripping over it or it settling even further.
Using PolyLevel Foam, Our Team led by Iian, raised the concrete back to level, removing the trip hazard and permanently stabilizing the concrete.
These steps leading to a Mercer County, NJ home were settling because of a downspout bringing water right to it. The homeowner read up on our services and was excited by PolyLevel. Quality 1st Basements injected the PolyLevel under the concrete stair slab and brought it back up so it was level and secure.
Waterguard Waterproofing System is designed to be installed beneath the floor on the footing for maximum protection against water intrusion. Everlast Half Wall Restoration was later installed to return this customer's basement room to its finished look appeal.
Installation of subfloor WaterGuard Drainage System leads to TripleSafe Sump Pump System with its airtight lid and battery backup for ultimate protection against water infiltration in the basement. Also shown, a SaniDry Sedona air filtration system for cleaning basement air and keeping humidity levels low.
We recommended our Crawl Space Reinforcing System to provide a solution for the sagging crawl space beams in the area underneath this home. The SmartJacks provide additional support to each crawl space beams and floor joist. They are adjusted yearly to gradually bring the beams back toward their original level and prevent future sagging.
