We recommended our Crawl Space Reinforcing System to provide a solution for the sagging crawl space beams in the area underneath this home. The SmartJacks provide additional support to each crawl space beams and floor joist. They are adjusted yearly to gradually bring the beams back toward their original level and prevent future sagging.

We arrived at the home, inspected the area, and used our PolyLevel Injections. PolyLevel is a lightweight and environmentally friendly foam that will bring the stairs to a raised position. This process is done by drilling small, penny-sized holes in the concrete to fill the voids underneath. When the job was complete, the stairs were raised and brought to a level position to eliminate tripping hazards!
