Quality 1st Basement Systems Before & After Photos

A Columbus, New Jersey resident had an old and failing sump pump system. Their current sump pump was not properly  protecting this basement. It was not sealed or enclosed, which could cause water evaporation to get into the basement and cause mold. They called Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Greg Louis, suggested they install a new sump pump. Our foreman, Mario Barron, replaced the old sump pump with the TripleSafe Sump Pump System. This system has an airtight lid and will keep the basement dry and protected by draining out the water away from the home.

Quality 1st Basement Systems received a call from a homeowner in Columbus, NJ for a concrete repair. The homeowner noticed their driveway was sinking and cracking, and they needed to have it repaired before it can cause any serious issues. Our crew was able to repair the sinking concrete by using our Polylevel Injection. 

Polylevel is a better solution than mudjacking because it is more durbale and long-lasting. Unlike mudjacking, polylevel not a mixture of mud and concrete but rather a foam made from structural graded polymers. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our system design specialist suggested they use polyurethane foam to raise the concrete. Our foreman used our PolyLevel Injection method by injecting the polyurethane foam into the slab to fill the voids underneath. This process is repeated until the concrete is lifted and leveled. When the job was complete, the homeowner was pleased with the results and they didn't have to worry about tripping hazards anymore!
