What's the difference between our sump pump vs. others? It's Simple!
1. Each pump sits on a stand inside a protective liner to prevent damage or clogging
2. Our Sump Pumps comes with an airtight lid to prevent water vapor from evaporating into the basement
3. A built-in alarm system is on the lid to alert the homeowner of an issue
Trip hazards are caused by sinking and settling concrete. A concrete slab will sink and settle due to the soil beneath it. When soil becomes too wet, too dry or poor compacted it becomes weak and can no longer support the weight of the concrete causing it to settle.
Our team drills small penny size holes into the concrete slab and injects the polyurethane foam underneath to lift and level the concrete.
Our customer in Hillsborough was worried that the finished basement would get water and destroy the furniture and carpets. Design specialist JC Gibriano recommended a perimeter Waterguard system to make sure that no water got through the walls into the basement. Here, Esau and his crew have installed the waterguard. Now the basement is dry and the customer didn't even have to remove the carpet.

Check out this crawlspace encapsulation our crew did in Hillsborough, NJ. This homeowner wanted to seal their crawl space to prevent damage during the humid months from moisture or mold and stop cold drafts from coming in during the winter months. Our System Design Specialist, Joe Mancini, suggested our CleanSpace Moisture Barrier would be the perfect solution to encapsulate the crawlspace and keep it healthy and dry. He also suggested SilverGlo Heat Barrier to reflect heat and recommended covering all crawl space vents. The installation was done by our foreman, Mario Barron, and crew. Since then, the crawlspace has been fully secure giving the homeowner a piece of mind.
