Luckily, our team at Quality 1st was able to provide them with a solution. Our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier was installed all along the basement walls, providing passage of any leaking water behind the liner, and down into the floor where our WaterGuard Perimeter Drain was installed. These two installations work hand in hand to prevent any water from making it into the basement, and, instead, direct water through the WaterGuard channel and into the sump pump. Notice in the before photo how the concrete slabs around this West Deptford home's pool were sunken, being a tripping hazard.
