New bathroom we renovated in a Wilmington, DE basement.
This customer got a finished space featuring our waterproof and mold-resistant products: Mill Creek flooring, Everlast Wall System, and a dropped ceiling. We installed a lovely full bathroom, but since the bathroom sits below the level of the main sewer line and drainage depends on gravity, we also installed a sewer ejection system. (Don't worry! We hid it under the floor in the linen closet. Out of sight, out of mind!) Electric baseboard heat was added to keep the space toasty warm, and a new SaniDry XP Air System handles any moisture in the air and leaves the basement with fresh, filtered air. A wonderful place to hibernate this Winter!
Recently we had the pleasure of assisting a homeowner in Port Penn, DE, who had been experiencing ongoing water seepage in their crawl space during periods of heavy rainfall. The homeowner noticed that the conditions of the space were becoming increasingly damp, which resulted in concerns relating to possible rot and mold-growth issues, prompting them to contact Quality 1st for long-term and reliable waterproofing approach.
Upon further inspection, our team determined which solution would effectively resolve the seepage once and for all. Then our team started installing our patented SilverGlo Insulation Panels, these durable panels provide superior thermal resistance and moisture control, their reflective coating helps prevent heat loss, while their durable design protects against mold and mildew, ensuring long-lasting protection and a healthier living space. The team also installed our mold-resistant CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, this system effectively seals out moisture, preventing mold, mildew, and odors from affecting your crawl space. Its durable, white finish brightens the area while providing long-lasting protection, ensuring a dry, clean, and healthy environment year-round!
Wow! Check out this concrete raising job our team completed in Emmaus, PA. This homeowner had serious settlement occurring to their front walkway area. They wanted to raise it back towards its original position since the concrete itself was in great condition and they didn't want to deal with the hassle of replacement. As a solution, we used PolyLevel to lift, level and stabilize this entire walk way area to prevent future movement and settlement.
Don't let tripping hazards get you down! A homeowner in Emmaus, PA noticed their sidewalk was sinking and becoming unlevel, so they contacted us for a solution. We used our PolyLevel Foam Injections beneath the sunken slabs to entirely level and restore them to their designated height. We also used our ultraviolet-resistant NexusPro Joint Sealant, directly into the cracks and of the surface to protect against potential erosion. Now, this homeowner can have peace of mind knowing their sidewalk is safe to walk on!
