Recently, we at Quality 1st had the pleasure of assisting a homeowner in Pottstown, PA, who was on the brink of transforming their unfinished basement into a functional, welcoming space. However, they recognized an essential step before proceeding with their basement makeover: waterproofing. At Quality 1st, we encountered a sinking concrete patio and walkway in Barto, PA, troubled by cracks and about 2 inches of settlement.
