This Morristown, NJ, homeowner reached out to our team after noticing water puddles in their basement. As a solution, our team decided to install our TripleSafe Sump Pump System and WaterGuard French Drainage System. WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the basement directly below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. This specific placement ensures the drainage system continues to avoid the "mud zone", where drains commonly clog. TripleSafe replaced their old sump pump system which couldn't keep up with the amount of water they were getting. With three levels of protection and a backup battery, the system will protect the basement from water intrusion. This basement is now prepared to take on any heavy rainstorm in the future!

Our crew installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump, featuring three pumps for three levels of protection. A homeowner in Oak Ridge, New Jersey noticed their concrete walkway was beginning to sink and settle. Soil becomes either too wet or too dry underneath the slab causing the concrete to shift and settle, creating uneven surfaces and dangerous tripping hazards.
The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Jeff Pitek, was able to help them find a solution. He suggested a polyurethane foam be injected into the voids to lift the concrete. Our foreman, Victor Leon, installed the PolyLevel System. This is done by drilling tiny holes into the concrete slab and injecting the PolyLevel foam underneath. The expanding properties of the polyurethane allow for an accurate lift and leveling of the slab. Now, the homeowner does not have to worry about dangerous tripping hazards while walking into their home.
A resident in Oak Ridge, New Jersey noticed their basement walls were beginning to crack and bow inwards. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Laszlo Lenkey, provided an inspection and suggested they use a wall reinforcement system. Our foreman, Wilver Cardoza, installed the CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcement System which is made from a fiber-reinforced polymer. The straps are attached to the wall and secured with heavy-duty steel brackets. The straps will stabilize the wall and begin to pull it back towards its original position.
