We lined this basement with our WaterGuard Perimeter Drain to channel the water into the sump pump, as well as our TrenchLock Drain Inserts.  These inserts allow water down into the drain system without permitting air back up.

The concrete driveway of this South River, NJ home had sunk due to voids underneath the concrete. Quality 1st Basement Systems injected PolyLEVEL concrete leveling system under the concrete to raise the slabs back to their original position. PolyLEVEL is a two-part polyurethane foam that raises concrete and provides a waterproof layer under the concrete slabs. This driveway is now level, and there are no tripping hazards in this home!
