This New Providence, NJ basement flooded causing water damage to the tile floor. The homeowner wanted to have waterproof flooring installed to avoid this problem in the future. This product will ensure long-term protection to the basement floor. 

A homeowner in New Providence, New Jersey was experiencing water in their partially finished basement and contacted Quality 1st for a free estimate. Our System Design Specialist inspected the basement and noticed the signs of water. A new sump pump, TripleSafe was installed to ensure the basement stays dry. The TripleSafe has three levels of pumps built inside in case of one failure the next lower level pumps will kick in. To eliminate moisture and mold the SaniDry dehumidifier was installed to filter the basement air. The SaniDry can be stored easily in any basement or closet because of its upright position. It filters the basement air and can remove up to 109 liters of water per day, and can also dry up to 2,500 square feet in an 8 foot high basement. This dehumidifier will keep the basement dry and healthy.     

Homeowner had a sump pump in their home for over 20 years but noticed in the recent rains, the pump was no longer keep their basement try. Small puddles of water started forming in certain corners of the basement after heavy rain. Our team installed our moisture vapor barrier known as CleanSpace on the walls and floors of the crawl space. CleanSpace seals the crawl space from dampness, moisture and humidly. The liner is strong like a pool liner where it will not easily tear. The crawl space can now be used to store belongings without the fear of them getting damaged.
