A homeowner in Franklinville, New Jersey noticed their concrete sidewalk was sinking. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and we used our PolyLevel Injections to raise the concrete. One of the reasons for concrete settlement is weak soil. PolyLevel is a lightweight and environmentally friendly solution that will not add any weight to the existing soil underneath the slab. PolyLevel fills the voids beneath the concrete, raising it back towards its original level. The concrete is stabilized and any trip hazards have been removed. 

A homeowner in Franklinville, NJ noticed their stairs leading out to the backyard patio were sinking and pulling away from the foundation.
