Check out the amazing work done by PolyLevel Foreman, Iian and his team. Quality 1st Basements was able to lift this sinking porch area back to level using our Concrete Raising System, PolyLevel.
Wow! Concrete replacement is a thing of the past when it comes to sinking and settling concrete slabs. Our team raised this sinking slab back towards its original level using PolyLevel. PolyLevel is injected by drilling a small penny-size hole into the concrete. Using a special tool, the Polyurethane foam is injected underneath the slab. The foam expands to fill all voids underneath the soil and begins raising the slab. When leveled, the team will stop injected and immediately the foam will begin to harden, permanently stabilizing the concrete slab.
A homeowner in Sicklerville, NJ was worried that the lifted slabs near the pool would cause an injury to the kids while playing outside. Quality 1st Basement Systems sent out system design specialist Jack Huber to inspect the affected area. Foreman Sherman Turner and his crew, went out to permanently fix the slabs. Sherman drilled small holes in the concrete to be able to pump in the Polylevel foam. Polylevel is great because it is waterproof and it can withstand a lot of downforce. The homeowner was happy after the install because it gave him peace of mind that the family would be safe from any tripping hazards.
