This row home owner called due to the musty smell he was getting from the basement. This home was shortly getting closed on and was in need of our WaterGuard sub-floor Drainage System. The team dug around the perimeter of the foundation to install the drain and then connect it to the TripleSafe pump system, safely taking the water away. Lastly, we installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier that lies on the walls to collect the moisture/vapor coming through, which keeps your basement dry and musty-smell-free.

At this Baltimore home, the sump pump was no longer pumping enough water out. We had our team dig out the sump and install our SuperSump pump system with a Zoeller M53 cast iron pump, liner and airtight lid. This product has features such as an alarm system for when the water level rises, if a breaker trips, or if there is a malfunction. In this dirt floor crawl space, the owners wanted to clean out and encapsulate the space with insulation.
