New homeowners had a musty basement odor, so we installed WaterGuard around the full perimeter, added a SuperSump, and finished the walls with CleanSpace for a clean, dry basement.
When a new homeowner in Smyrna, DE, encountered persistent water leaks in their basement during heavy rains, they reached out to Quality 1st for help. Our team promptly installed a CleanSpace® Wall System, which can hold back water vapor passing through foundation walls, directing it to the sump pump. We also installed a SuperSump®, and WaterGuard® system to ensure proper drainage and eliminate water issues. The results were impressive. The homeowner was extremely satisfied with the transformation, enjoying a dry, well-protected basement and feeling a strong sense of relief in their newly purchased home.
Customer's standard Sump pump just could not keep up with the amount of water he was getting into his basement. We took care of this by installing an UltraSump Pump, which will remove 12,000 gallons of water on a fully charged battery.
A Smyrna, DE, homeowner began noticing increased moisture levels in their basement after a series of heavy rainstorms, prompting them to contact Quality 1st for a permanent waterproofing solution. Our team of basement repair experts assessed the situation and recommended a comprehensive approach to address the moisture issues.
Next we installed our patented WaterGuard Drainage System to capture and divert water away from the basement, ensuring it never reached the floor. To enhance the system's efficiency, we also installed our SuperSump Premier Sump Pump, designed to quickly and effectively remove water, preventing flooding. Additionally, we added CleanSpace Wall Panels, which are mold-resistant and designed to keep moisture out while improving the overall air quality.
Together, these powerful systems successfully eliminated the moisture intrusion, transforming the basement into a dry, clean, and comfortable space, leaving the homeowner with a renewed sense of pride in their home!
In this finished basement on the side of the foundation, a wall crack has begun to leak during heavy rain. We used our FlexiSpan System and injected the wall crack with a Urethane injection. Then we applied a sealant that goes along the length of the crack. After the crack is sealed, a hidden liner lays underneath that will direct any type of water leakage to the waterproofing system.
