Recently, we at Quality 1st were called to a home in Pilesgrove, NJ, where a homeowner was facing a common but troubling issue: water entering their unfinished basement. The plan was to install a combination of WaterGuard and a SuperSump pump, paired with our CleanSpace wall system to keep the basement dry. WaterGuard, our interior French drain system, is engineered to efficiently capture wall and floor seam water leaks, diverting them to the SuperSump pump. The SuperSump then pumps this water out away from the home, preventing any future water issues. To further protect the basement, CleanSpace was installed on the walls, an added barrier to keep humidity and water vapors at bay.

A Hellertown, PA homeowner found water seeping into their basement, so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for an estimate. As a solution, we installed a full perimeter waterproofing system in the unfinished basement. Our team used WaterGuard French Drain around the entire perimeter to collect any ground water seepage.
