Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Customer was putting their home up for sale, but knew as long as they had a wet basement, it would be hard to get an offer on the house and reached out to us for help. 

For this basement waterproofing job, we installed a Cleanspace Vapor Barrier and WaterGuard along the leaking wall, and tied this into his current sump pump. 

In this Pennsylvania home, the basement would get mild drops of condensation along the walls. The dehumidifier the customer had was not taking the amount of moisture out of the air that it was designed to do, which was causing the wet drops on the walls. Our service tech went out to the home to remove the old dehumidifier and installed our patent product SaniDry Sedona that will keep the humidity low, prevent mold growth and dust mites.  

Recently in Havertown, PA, a homeowner was experiencing persistent damp conditions due to frequent water seepage during heavy rainfall and an outdated sump pump system that couldn’t keep up. After a full inspection, our team installed a customized waterproofing system featuring our WaterGuard Drainage System to capture and redirect water from the wall-floor joint, and our TrenchDrain System at key entry points to stop surface water in its tracks. To ensure efficient water removal, we installed our dependable SuperSump Premier Sump Pump, capable of handling high volumes of water with ease. Finally, we added CleanSpace Wall Panels to act as a vapor barrier and give the basement a clean, bright look.

In this unfinished basement, there seemed to be multiple leaks coming in through the washing machine hose, and the other was where the system had stopped. We installed our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, which will carry the captured water safely into the sump system. Then, we placed our CleanSpace Vapor barrier along the leaky wall to capture the water that runs down it into the sub-floor drain. Our system effectively captures the seepage before it reaches the basement floor, keeping your area dry with no more moisture.
