System Design Specialist Stephen was sent out to the home to assess the water damage and provide an estimate of how our services could resolve it. Later, our Foreman Victor and crew arrived at the site to perform a waterproofing installation that could save this basement. They equipped the space with a brand new TripleSafe Sump Pump that has three pumps for three levels of protection against flooding water. WaterGuard was installed around the basement's perimeter as a channel for leaking water to flow through to make it to the sump pump.
