We installed the WaterGuard French Drain, TripleSafe Sump Pump, and SaniDry XP as the best solution. WaterGuard is installed above the footing of the foundation. In the before photo, our team has already placed the system in the channel, and now stone and concrete will set it in place. WaterGuard is then connected to the sump pump pit to collect and direct water out of the basement.

BrightWall is made of plastic, making the system waterproof and mold resistant. Then ThermalDry Flooring was installed, which is made up of modular tiles on raised pegs to prevent seepage of water and cold air.
