A homeowner in Brooklyn, NY noticed their sump pump wasn't operating properly, causing water seepage in their basement. Because of the age and condition of the system, our System Design Specialist recommended a completely new system to keep this basement dry. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed the SuperSump Pump System which will effectively pump water out of the basement, keeping it dry and healthy! Our Service Technician, Chris, performed its first year of annual maintenance to ensure the system is always functioning properly to protect this home.
When it comes to your basement, you want a sump pump system that has it all. Our TripleSafe Sump Pump System has three pumps that sit inside a protective liner to prevent damage or clogging. Our system has an airtight lid to prevent water vapor from evaporating back into the basement along with an alarm system to alert the homeowner of any issues.
A Brooklyn, NY homeowner hired Quality 1st Basement Systems to waterproof their basement after finding heavy rain seeping through the walls and floors. As a solution, we installed the WaterGuard French Drain and SuperSump Pump System. WaterGuard will collect and channel the water, seeping into the basement, and direct it to the SuperSump Pump System where it will be pumped outside. Since the installation, the basement has stayed dry and healthy, restoring the homeowner's peace of mind.

A Brooklyn, NY homeowner found water in their basement and knew immediately the issue had to be addressed. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems to have one of our System Design Specialist out to perform a thorough inspection. Mike Notar, met with the homeowner and inspected the interior and exterior of the home. He could see the water was coming in where the floor and foundation wall met. He recommended a full perimeter waterproofing system of WaterGuard French Drain and a SuperSump Pump System. Water would collect from the wall into the french drain system which would then direct the water straight into the sump pump. We even installed a moisture barrier known as CleanSpace along the wall to prevent moisture from passing through.
