The basement in this home was going to be used as a daycare but before they could go forward with those plans, there needed to be a safe exit plan in play, in case exiting up the stairs, was not an option.

Currently there were 2 small, side by side, above grade windows and we needed to turn one into an Egress. This job ended up being a custom install of a 36x40 Egress Window.

Now with this install the customer can run his childcare program knowing the kids have a quick and safe exit in case of any emergencies. 

In Pasadena, MD, a homeowner began noticing signs of foundation settlement in their basement, such as visible cracks in the walls and floors that were becoming uneven. Next, we upgraded the existing sump pump to our powerful SuperSump Premier Sump Pump, ensuring efficient water removal. To address the moisture issues and improve the overall appearance of the basement, we installed CleanSpace Wall Panels, which act as a vapor barrier and prevent moisture from passing through the walls. Finally, to stabilize the bowing foundation walls, we used our CarbonArmor Reinforcing System, which uses high-strength carbon fiber straps to provide permanent wall stabilization.

With all these systems in place, we successfully restored the basement to a dry, healthy, and structurally sound condition, giving the homeowner peace of mind and lasting protection against future water and foundation problems.

In this basement the owner was experiencing water leaking through the walls after heavy rains and reached out to our team for a system install. We sent a crew out to jackhammer a trench around the foundation wall for us to install our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system that will carry any moisture or water to the sump pump. Lastly we place our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier over the portion of the wall that captures any water or moisture coming through and carries it down into the sub-floor drain. By getting this waterproofing system install the home will be safe from floods and dry of dampness and moisture.
