Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Annapolis, MD was growing increasingly frustrated with ongoing water seepage in their basement. The constant moisture had caused the paint on the walls to peel and signs of decay to appear, creating both a visual eyesore and a potential structural concern.

To address the problem, we installed our patented WaterGuard Drainage System, designed to capture water at the foundation’s perimeter before it can seep onto the basement floor. This system directs water to the newly installed TripleSafe Sump Pump, which offers triple protection with a primary pump, secondary pump, and a battery backup for power outages. At this property, the owner was removing old floor tile and had noticed that there were areas of dampness which caused mold growth along the walls and Rim joists. The sump system that was original to the home was no longer pumping the amount of water out that it was taking in, causing that area to be damp. We had our team go out to the home to remove the old rusty sump pump and install our TripleSafe Pump System with a battery backup. Our TripleSafe is designed to adjust to your pumping needs and keeps your basement safe with triple protection. In case of any power outages, the battery backup will kick on to keep your basement dry and protected from anymore water damage. 

This homeowner had a previous drain outside of the garage and it was in need of replacing. We were able to dig out the old drain and install our TrenchDrain that effectively captures surface water and will prevent any type of flooding through the garage. The surface drain lies flush to the ground and has a drainage channel that will flow the water down to the sump pump system, which then will pump out the captured water. 

This homeowner was experiencing continuous water seepage in the bottom of the basement wall. Basement Systems team went out to access the area of water damage and installed in the corner of the room our SuperSump with Zoeller M53 cast iron pump liner. That corner is the lowest part of the house where the water flows straight to the pump. Around the perimeter, we installed our sub-floor drain that captures the water from the walls and has a water route to the sump. The SuperSump comes with a WaterWatch alarm system that manages the system if it fails or a power outage occurs. 

This customer was experiencing water on the basement floor every time it was raining, and even though he had a sump pump, it just could not keep up with the amount of water getting in to the basement. We came out and installed our SuperSump Pump which is equipped with a 1/3HP Zoeller cast iron pump which pumps out 2,650 gallons per hour, the SuperSump is also equipped ith a WaterWatch Alarm System which will sound off if water rises above the point where the pump should turn on, a SuperLiner that has 96 holes that allows water to flow in directly below the floor and an Airtight Lid that keeps out bugs, odors and radon gas.
