Foreman, Juan and his crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system above the foundation footing. These will allow water seepage to be safely collected and directed straight to our sump pump system. A Vapor Barrier known as CleanSpace was installed to the walls that will force any water seepage down to the WaterGuard. CleanSpace is a bright white liner that prevents moisture and mold.
