Sha'Chon came out to service the pump that was installed by the previous home owner. He took his time to explain everything to me, as I am a new home owner. He was very patient, very honest, and extremely knowledgeable. After our discussion, I decided to replace the pump, battery and battery backup, as they were older and we have a very high water table near the house with active sump drainage throughout the day.
