I first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems because I was interested in waterproofing my basement. Overall I was very pleased with how excellent everyone was, and how easy it was to get a sump pump installed. While the whole experience was great, the salesman Colin really stood out the most to me. During his presentation he was very friendly, and he was able to explain everything in such a great manner. He also was able to tell us exactly what we needed, which was great. I am very happy that we went with Quality 1st Basement Systems !
