I had a WaterGuard drain system and new sump pump installed in my unfinished basement, and am extremely pleased that I chose Quality 1st to do the work. Juan and his team arrived on time, and they were all friendly and hard working. When they finished the job, Juan made sure I understood the new system and was patient with my questions. A few days later, when something needed adjusting in the pump to eliminate vibration noise, Justin was sent out promptly. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable, quickly finding and fixing the problem. I also want to give a "shout out" to the booklet that arrived by FedEx before the work was done -- "Dry Basement Science" -- which is full of great information (and is quite entertaining to read).
