Quality first basement representative called and emailed the instructions in advance. The team leader, Heriberto, also called before they arrived. They had a clear idea about the task and discussed it with me. They covered everything with plastic and removed the appliances to a safe distance. The work started on time and in between also Heriberto discussed the progress. The work was completed as planned and Heriberto walked me through everything. The crew was very polite and hard working.
