The waterproof lining and dehumidification system in my crawlspace works well and is clean and safe. Randy and his trainee Mike recently did my annual maintenance. They stayed in clear communication about the schedule, and they arrived on time. They worked quickly and professionally on the maintenance tasks, including fixing a leak in a pvc elbow. Randy noticed a slow leak on my water pump, even though this is not part of the dehumidification system. I was able to have it repaired by someone else before it became a much bigger problem.
