He was so fabulous and gracious, I appreciated the call to inform me he was held up at an appointment and was running late. He was full on knowledge and valuable information but so humble. I live in Pottstown PA and him from DE and he did not get out of our appointment until almost 7PM and he did not rush the appointment and it is hard to find that kind of professionalism.
