They were a wonderful crew. He has great customer service skills as he double checked with me all there was to do, explained how they would seal the top of the install, and assured me that they’d leave no debris inside the trench & could install behind my appliances (ie heater and furnace) with ease. How they tucked the install behind the narrow space of drywall behind my washer/dryer is beyond me! :-D

I was pleased w/ the finished product, and how smooth & clean the walls & the lip of the trench look now compared to before. We had a heavy rain after that and i could see already the clean space alleviated some of my issues.
