Concrete Lifting and Leveling Before & After Photos

Concrete pool slabs were lifted and leveled by our Foreman JD. After the install, the affected area was free of tripping hazards!

The concrete around this pool, located in Sayreville, NJ, was sinking, so the homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for a solution. Our System Design Specialist, Joe D., inspected the concrete and knew the Polylevel Injection would be the best solution. PolyLevel is designed to lift and level sinking concrete; it's also durable since it's waterproof and recovers fast. 

PolyLEVEL concrete leveling system was used to repair the sinking slabs of this Lake Hiawatha, NJ patio. There was a void under the slabs which caused the concrete to sink. The unlevel concrete created trip hazards for this property making it unsafe for the family. After the PolyLEVEL system was used, the concrete slabs are no level, and this patio has been restored.

This pool deck area had multiple cracks due to settling slabs. Several trip hazards formed making the pool area unsafe. The homeowner wanted to repair one side of the pool area without affecting the other side. Concrete Repair Specialist, Jeff Pitek, did a full inspection and recommended our Concrete Raising Solution, PolyLevel. This polyurethane foam is lightweight and environmentally friendly. 

Small holes are drilled into the concrete and using special equipment, PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab. The PolyLevel foam expands to fill any voids and lifts the slab back towards its original position. Once leveled, the foam hardens to permanently stabilize the concrete slab. 

A homeowner in Lake Hiawatha, NJ noticed their concrete porch was sinking. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for a solution. We used the Polylevel Injection to lift and level the porch. After the repair was complete, the porch was leveled.
