This homeowner in Pequannock, New Jersey noticed that their concrete patio was cracking and sinking. The reasons concrete fails is because the soil below the slab is poorly compacted, or the soil is too dry or too wet. If gone unrepaired overtime, this could also create tripping hazards. He used NexusPro, which is a joint sealant that is placed into the slab and seals the cracks. Then, he used Polylevel Injections to raise and stabilize the sinking slab.
