Concrete Lifting and Leveling Before & After Photos

Their pool patio was sinking, so we used our PolyLevel Injections to raise and level the concrete. The homeowner was satisfied with the results, and their peace of mind was restored! 

Quality 1st received a call from a Marlboro, NJ homeowner who was experiencing sinking concrete in the front of their home. The front side walk settled causing a tripping hazard. Arturo and his team drilled small penny-size holes into the concrete slab and injected PolyLevel which is a polyurethane foam underneath lifting the slab back to level. Within just 15 minutes of job completion the homeowner was able to use the walkway.    

This slab of concrete on a Marlboro, NJ property was sinking 2-3 inches from the entrance of the pool. Not only was this unpleasant to look at, but it was hazardous for the people using the pool because they could easily trip. Quality 1st Basements was contacted to use PolyLevel on the homeowner's concrete, lifting and leveling it until the pool deck looked good as new.  

A Malboro, NJ homeowner noticed the edge of their pool was sinking. The homeowner needed to get their pool deck repaired and luckily came across a concrete lifting video on Facebook. After a quick phone call, an appointment was booked with  System Design Specialist, Andrew Gagliardi, to go out and provide an estimate for the homeowner. After fully inspecting the pool deck, Andrew knew that the Polylevel System would be the perfect solution to repair the pool. 

Foreman, Sean Johnson, and his crew injected PolyLevel underneath the settling concrete to fill the voids, raise the slab and stabilize the area permanently.  

Check out this pool deck repair we did in Malboro, NJ. This homeowner planned to close their pool before the summer ended, but before they could do that they needed to repair the sinking concrete. Our System Design Specialist, Andrew G., inspected the pool deck and immediately knew this was a job for the Polylevel Injection. Since Polylevel is also waterproof and had a quick recovery time, it will not be affected by pool water and the homeowner can close their pool within the next day.
