We used our PolyLevel Injections to fill the void underneath the concrete slab. Once the void was removed, the concrete slab is raised back towards its original level. Concrete settlement like this is typically caused by changes in the soil underneath, such as poor compaction, moisture fluctuations, or erosion, that create voids and allow the concrete to sink. Understanding the need for a lasting solution, our team performed a thorough inspection to assess the extent of the damage and determine the best course of action.

To address the issue, we recommended our advanced PolyLevel Foam Injection system. This minimally invasive technique involves injecting a high-density polyurethane foam beneath the affected slabs. As the foam expands, it fills any empty space and gently lifts the concrete back to its original level.

A concrete slab in the backyard of this Old Bridge Township home was sinking about 3 inches.
