This customer reached out to Quality 1st Basement Systems to raise the sinking concrete near the front door. Our crew came out and drilled small holes in the concrete slab. Using special equipment, we inject polyurethane foam known as PolyLevel, underneath. Now concrete settles because the soil is either too wet, too dry or poor compacted which makes it weak causing settlement. PolyLevel fills any voids between the soil and the slab by expanding and raising the concrete. Once its leveled, PolyLevel hardens to stabilize the slab.

Within just 15 minutes of the installation being compelted the homeowner and his family had full access to their pool are.
Quality 1st Basements removed the trip hazard near the steps of the shallow end of pool by raising the sinking slab back to level. Our team drilled small, penny-size holes into the concrete slab and injected Polyurethane foam known as PolyLevel below. PolyLevel is a light weight foam that expands to lift the heavy slab.
