This homeowner in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey noticed their pool patio was sinking and becoming unlevel. This happens because concrete is poured over poorly compacted soil. Over time, this soil settles and creates voids underneath the concrete. If this goes without repair, someone could injure themselves from the unlevel surface. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Dylan McDonald, provided a thorough inspection and suggested they use polyurethane foam to level the concrete. Our foreman, Ramon Romero, began installing the PolyLevel Injection System. PolyLevel is a lightweight and environmentally friendly solution that will not add any weight to the existing soil. Now, the homeowner can safely walk to their pool without the concern of tripping hazards!
