Concrete Lifting and Leveling Before & After Photos

This concrete and slate patio in Ramsey, NJ was sinking, causting it to separate from the home. The joints around the perimeter of the patio were then sealed to ensure that water would no longer seep through and cause the soil beneath the patio to erode.

Once underneath the slab, PolyLevel expands and hardens lifting each one up back to its original state. The Property Manager for Cambridge Heights was experiencing uneven sidewalks around the complex as it posed a tripping hazard to the residents of the area. Quality 1st Basement Systems eliminated this tripping hazard with PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that is injected underneath the concrete to raise the slab. Once the right amount is injected, the foam begins to harden, permanently stabilizing the sidewalk. The community was left with a hazard-free sidewalk.
