This concrete and slate patio in Ramsey, NJ was sinking, causting it to separate from the home. Quality 1st Basements injected Polylevel, a foam that expanded under the sunken slabs and filled all the voids in the slab, while pushing it up and securing it. The joints around the perimeter of the patio were then sealed to ensure that water would no longer seep through and cause the soil beneath the patio to erode.
A Ramesy, NJ homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basements for a concrete lifting solution after they noticing slabs around their pool had settled causing an eyesore. Concrete Repair Specialist, Jeff Pitek, measured roughly 2 inches of settlement around the entire pool area. The homeowner wanted to raise the slabs to remove the eyesore and trip hazards and make sure they would never sink again. Thanks to Jeff and our PolyLevel Foreman Richard, Quality 1st was able to completely level the entire pool deck area, removing the trip hazard while permanently stabilizing the concrete to prevent future sinking and settling.
This driveway in Clifton, NJ was settling 1 to 2 inches and the homeowner wanted it repaired as soon as possible with winter approaching. Quality 1st Basement Systems injected PolyLevel under each sinking slab, raising it back to level. Once underneath the slab, PolyLevel expands and hardens lifting each one up back to its original state. This is cheaper then having to remove and replace the driveway slabs and the best part is it causes no disturbance to the home or its surrounding area.
