This customer's garage floor was sinking a few inches. Concrete Specialist Jonathan Seminerio explained how PolyLevel foam injection could lift the floor back up. PolyLevel foam was injected beneath the garage floor by way of dime-sized holes in the concrete by foreman Nick and his crew. Afterward, a noticeable difference could be seen.

This Shrewsbury, NJ homeowner needed to address a damaged and uneven concrete pool deck, fearing without a proper solution this could lead to possibly fatal walking conditions, as well as, a severe decline in the structural integrity of the patio.

After meeting with our system design specialist Joseph, we were able to offer an efficient and reliable fix. Our foreman JD began implementing this solution by installing our specially patented PolyLevel, a powerfully restorative concrete repair technique. This process included injecting a high-density polyurethane foam, beneath the settled areas of the deck. The foam expanded and solidified, lifting and leveling the concrete to its original position. The result was a smooth, safe, and visually appealing pool deck, effectively restoring both its functionality and aesthetic appeal. To finish this process, the crew applied our ultraviolet-resistant NexusPro Joint Sealant to the cracks and crevices of the slabs to entirely protect them from erosion.

This beautiful Normandy Beach Patio was experiencing some sinking concrete slabs around the pool area, causing some of the slabs to separate.
