Check out how our team raised this sinking and settling front walkway. They drilled small penny-sized holes into each concrete slab. Next, using special equipment, PolyLevel was injected underneath the slab, raising it back to level. Once the slab is raised, PolyLevel hardens to stabilize the slab to prevent future settlement.
This concrete pool area was sinking and settling due to the weak soil underneath the slab. When soil becomes too wet, too dry or poorly compacted, it becomes weak and can no longer support the weight of heavy concrete causing it to sink.
Concrete Repair Specialist, Jeff Pitek, recommended PolyLevel as the perfect solution to repair and stabilize this pool area.PolyLevel is a lightweight, waterproof, foam that provides additional support under the concrete slab.
