We recently assisted a homeowner in Little Neck, NY, who contacted Quality 1st after facing ongoing concerns relating to concrete settlement around their driveway. The concrete slabs around the area were becoming increasingly uneven and disheveled, resulting in unsafe walking conditions and a decrease in the overall curb appeal of the driveway.
Luckily, our team was able to successfully restore the driveway by administering our specially patented PolyLevel Foam Injections to lift and level the slabs to their designated surface height. Along with an application of our ultraviolet resistant NexusPro Joint Sealant, to ensure the surface is fully protected against erosion.
The homeowner was extremely pleased with the driveways repair transformation, leaving them with a renewed sense of pride in their home!
A front step of a walkway in Mercer County, NJ had settled about 2 inches. Fixing it was fast and easy with the PolyLevel solution! The polymer foam was injected under the settled slab and expanded until the slab was level with the surrounding slabs. Now the homeowner has an even surface to walk on.
A homeowner in Robbinsville, NJ, was very worried that someone would accidentally trip on the way to the door, as there was a dangerous tripping hazard. A concrete slab had gradually sank over the years and needed to be repaired. Quality 1st Basements arrived to save the day.
Polylevel foreman, Ash Ganatra, arrived on site to handle the situation. Ash drilled small holes into the slab to pump in the polyurethane foam. The foam was able to lift the slab as it expanded underneath the sunken slab. In less than 15 minutes, the homeowner was able to walk over the slab. After the slab was lifted to the original position, Ash placed Nexus Pro in between the cracks to finish it off. The homeowner was very pleased with the work and it gave him a piece of mind.
This homeowner in Robbinsville, New Jersey noticed their concrete stairs were becoming unlevel. This happens because concrete is poured over backfilled soil. Over time, this soil settles and creates voids under the concrete. Our System Design Specialist, Alvin Reed, suggested they use PolyLevel Injections, which was installed by our foreman, Ramon Romero. Within 20 minutes the concrete was safe to walk on!
This home in Robbinsville, NJ had a sinking sidewalk, so the homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems. Our System Design Specialist, Alvin R., inspected the sidewalk and measured how far the concrete had sunk. Since the concrete sunk 3/4 of an inch, Alvin recommended the Polylevel Injection as the best concrete repair method. Polylevel is a durable and long-lasting method for concrete repair. It's waterproof, environmentally friendly, and takes fifteen minutes to recover. After the poly level installation was complete, the sidewalk was repaired. The homeowner was happy with the results!
