Don't let sinking concrete get you down! A homeowner in Mays Landing, NJ noticed their walkway to the front door was sinking and settling. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems to learn more about raising the concrete versus replacing the entire concrete area. We sent Concrete Repair Specialist, Joe, out to perform a full inspection and provide a solution! Using PolyLevel our team was able to to bring the concrete to a raised position and permanently stabilize the entire walkway, removing the trip hazard. 

Our Concrete Repair Team run by PolyLevel Foreman, Ash G., was able to lift and leveling sinking slabs near this pool area. The Swim and Sport Club was concerned the trip hazards that had formed from the settlement would cause an accident if someone were to fall. 

Ash and his crew, drilled small penny-size holes into each slab. Using special equipment, polyurethane foam known as PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab, raising it back towards desired level. The small holes are then covered with cement and within 15 minutes the slabs could be walked on or driven over! This installation is quick and easy causing no disruption to the surrounding areas. PolyLevel is waterproof and environmentally friendly making it a perfect solution for this area!  

This concrete driveway in Flanders, NJ had settled and was making it difficult for the homeowner to drive their car down it. Quality 1st Basements was able to lift and level the driveway with our PolyLevel solution. The foam is lightweight but strong and able to hold heavy slabs of concrete in place for a long period of time.
