The patio area around their pool had settled around an inch. With the help of System Design Specialist, Andrew Gagliardi and our team, each patio slab was raised and leveled using PolyLevel. The settlement caused a tripping hazard which concerned the homeowner that their guest would trip and fall. Quality 1st Basement Systems was able to lift and level the front porch area, removing the tripping hazard making the homeowner 100% satisfied.
A homeowner noticed that the concrete sidewalks in front of their home were sinking and settling- causing trip hazards for their friends and neighbors.
