This homeowner in Somerset, New Jersey noticed their sidewalk was sinking and settling. This can happen from soil erosion underneath the slab. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and we sent our system design specialist to their home to provide an inspection. Our specialist suggested they use polyurethane foam to lift and level the concrete. We used our PolyLevel Injections which are done by drilling small, penny-sized holes into the concrete and injecting the foam into the voids underneath. PolyLevel has expanding properties that allow the concrete to be raised and level. When the job was complete, the homeowner was satisfied with the results!

Concrete Specialist Jeff Pitek met with the customers to assess the issue and Sean Johnson and his crew worked to inject the PolyLevel and lift the stoop back up.

This Tabernacle, NJ back patio was settling creating a pitch towards the house. This meant that every time it rained, water would pool. We sent out Concrete Repair Specialist, Chris Bowe, out to provide a full inspection and see how we could help repair this patio. Chris recommended our Polylevel Injection known as PolyLevel to lift, level and stabilize the area. We use Polylevel, because it provides a long-lasting solution for our homeowners. Polylevel is waterproof, environmentally friendly, and takes fifteen minutes to recover. It is also more durable and does not create a large mess for the home.
