Concrete Lifting and Leveling Before & After Photos

This Boonton, NJ homeowner was planning on closing their pool for the winter, but noticed the pool deck was sinking and cracking. They did not want to worry about this when the pool reopened, so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for a solution. Our System Design Specialist, Dylan McDonald, recommended our Polylevel Injection would be the perfect repair method, because it is waterproof, environmentally friendly, and has a fast recovery time. Our team drilled small penny-size holes into the concrete slabs and injected the polyurethane foam underneath to fill all the voids. 

A homeowner was experiencing concrete settlement around their pool  so they contacted Quality 1st Basements for a solution. Our Concrete Repair Specialist, Jeff Pitek, went out to inspect the entire pool deck area. After his full inspect where he saw no lift was caused by tree roots he suggested our concrete leveling system, PolyLevel. 

Our team went out to install the PolyLevel. First, they drilled penny sized holes into the concrete. They then injected polyurethane foam into the holes. As the foam was injected, it expanded beneath the surface and lifted the concrete back to its original position. Once the slab was raised, the holes were filled with concrete mix and the area was trip hazard free! 

A Parsippany homeowner noticed that the concrete slabs on her walkway were uneven and needed to be raised. Quality 1st Basement Systems raised her concrete slabs using PolyLEVEL which is a much neater and cheaper alternative to mudjacking. PolyLEVEL is injected through very small holes and can be walked on that same day!

Due to the soil shifting beneath the surface of this concrete porch in Parsippany, NJ it began to sink and settle. The homeowner noticed it was beginning to become a trip hazard to them and to those visiting their home. Our Concrete Repair Specialist, Jeff P., measured the settlement and quoted the job. Our PolyLevel team was able to lift and level the porch to permanently stabilize it and prevent further settlement or tripping hazards from occurring. 

System Design Specialist, Kenny T, inspected this sinking patio area in the Parsippany area of New Jersey. Multiple slabs had settled and needed to be raised back to level. The homeowner did not want to disrupt his neighbors or the surrounding area with replacement and so raising the concrete was the only alternative.
