Crawl Space Sealed in Jobstown, NJ

A homeowner in Jobstown, New Jersey noticed their crawl space had water and moisture seeping in through their crawl space. This happens because the soil around the foundation becomes saturated during periods of heavy rainfall. This saturated soil creates hydrostatic pressure which pushes water through the foundation walls.
