This crawl space of an Oakland, NJ home was suffering from an unhealthy and water-damaged environment. Over time, the saturated soil surrounding the home forced water inside the crawl space, resulting in unpleasant, musty conditions. The homeowner recognized this problem and the risk of further, more extensive damage to their home and turned to Quality 1st for a solution. Our team provided a complete crawl space encapsulation to waterproof the space, featuring our CleanSpace vapor Barrier. This was paired with new Drainage Matting lining the crawl space floor for water flow beneath the vapor barrier. The crawl space was insulated with our SilverGlo Insulation to waterproof the walls while maintaining a healthy environment beneath the home. Thanks to our crew, this new installation restores the health and longevity of the home to stay protected against water damage.
