Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This homeowner in Manalapan, New Jersey noticed their crawl space was damp and smelly. They decided to call Quality 1st Basement Systems and we sent our system design specialist to inspect their home. Our system design specialist suggested they encapsulate the space to seal it from the earth's elements. A few days later, our foreman arrived and began installing our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. An inspector was sent to this Haskell home regarding sagging and cold floors. The inspector determined that the sagging floors were due to insufficient support in the crawl space.
