The fiberglass insulation was wet and falling off the ceiling, creating a haven for mold and pests. CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed to keep water vapor out, pests away from the crawl space, and the humidity down. CleanSpace will not only prevent future mold growth, but it will save the homeowner on his heating bill and prevent energy loss. It is made out of durable, inorganic material that will not tear or rot. A new SaniDry dehumidifier will filter out dust mite droppings and mold spores, keeping the air healthy and the humidity down. Now this home is ready to be moved into and will stay dry, safe from mold, and odor free.

Next, the installation of SilverGlo Insulation Panels for the walls would reflect heat back into the crawl space for energy efficiency while providing a water vapor barrier. Lastly, a durable CleanSpace liner would be installed to further prevent vapor from making its way into the crawl space and to complete the encapsulation. This system was installed by foreman Victor Leon and his crew to give the customer peace of mind and a fresh and cleaner looking crawl space.
