When water sits in the crawl space area, a waterproofing system can resolve the issue. A complete waterproofing system with SmartPipe, SmartSump, Drainage Matting, and CleanSpace Liner as installed here by foreman Esau Aquino and his crew delivered new hope to this customer with the resulting drier, cleaner, healthier crawl space area.
To control water infiltration in a crawl space, a reliable waterproofing system includes Drainage Matting, a dimpled surface placed on the crawl space floor to permit water to be channeled toward drainage and sump pump system. CleanSpace Vapor Barrier (a white, durable, 20-mil polyethylene liner) is placed over the Drainage Matting to prevent water vapors from passing through which ultimately leads to a drier crawl space area.
