Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Sellersville, PA noticed their crawl space was damp and humid, so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for a solution. We installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System to completely seal the crawl space from the outside elements. Now, the homeowner has a dry and healthy space under their home. they have peace of mind that the structure of their home is safe against mold growth and wood rot. 

This homeowner from Bridgeport, NJ had some beams in their crawl space that were in need of support. They called Quality 1st Basements for a free estimate. One of our System Design Specialists recommended SmartJacks to install under sagging beams.

SmartJacks are constructed from galvanized corrosion-resistant steel and can be adjusted to the height of the homeowner's crawl space. Each post has a load bearing capacity of over 60,000 pounds.

The homeowner now had peace of mind that their crawl space was properly supported. 

Mold was growing and insulation was falling down in this crawl space due to high humidity levels and the crawl space in general just being damp. 

We first removed all of the old insulation and did a MoldX 2 treatment to rid all of the mold, then we installed SilverGlo insulation, Waterguard a Smart Sump with Probe alarm and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.

This project here was for crawlspace insulation. We came out to this property and removed all of the current fiberglass insulation, which was becoming damp and starting to fall off the ceiling and installed our SilverGlo Insulation and insulation spray foam. SilverGlo features a radiant barrier that reflects heat back into your crawlspace, making both the crawlspace and floors above warmer in the winter months.

For this encapsulation job, we used a Cleanspace Vapor Barrier, Silver Glo insulation, which features a radiant barrier that reflects heat back into your crawl space and TerraBlock floor insulation, which is installed beneath the CleanSpace to insulate the floor.
