Our team at Quality 1st recently had the privilege of helping a homeowner in Mullica Hill, NJ, who was facing a pretty common yet frustrating issue with their crawl space. Marlton homeowner had a termite problem in his crawl space. He contacted an exterminator who also pointed out that he had mold in the crawl space and should have it encapsulate to prevent further mold growth.
