A Tenafly, NJ homeowner noticed the first level of their home was sagging. Mike F., met with the homeowner and did a full inspection of the crawl space below the first level. He noticed right away that the floor joist and crawl space beams showed signs of stress and lacked support. Overtime, this caused the floors on the first level of the home to settle.   As a solution, we installed the SmartJack Crawl Space Support System. The system is designed to add additional support to the beams and floor joist, stabilizing the floors. 

The floors of this Flemington, NJ home were sinking and settling causing stress to the flooring on the first level.
