Senior Design Specialists, Jeff Nero, met with a homeowner who was in need of serious foundation repair. The homeowner had bowing foundation walls which not only decrease the value of this home but also made it unstable and unsafe.
Jeff designed a solution that would stabilize the foundation walls, protect the foundation against future damage and provide them with peace of mind.
Jonathan and his team installed our PowerBrace Foundation Wall Repair System which consisted of 6 PowerBraces across the bowing foundation wall.
Quality 1st Basement Systems installed EverLast basement wall panels, replacing these water damaged walls in Three Bridges, NJ. EverLast basement wall panels look great and are waterproof.
Quality 1st was able to give the Volunteer Fire Company at Three Bridges a lift, when concrete slabs in the back entrance of the building had sunken. As a firefighting Company, they knew safety was something to be taken seriously.
Polylevel Foreman Arturo Jacuinde, and his team arrived on the scene and started to slowly remove the tripping hazard. In order to lift and level the affected area, Arturo drilled small holes into the slabs and injected a foam called Polylevel. Polylevel hardens after a few minutes and lifts the slab back to it's original position. This process took less than 15 minutes and it was able to be walked on again safely.
This homeowner in Long Valley, NJ contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems to fix the water leakage occuring in the foundation walls of her basement. The installation team from Quality 1st Basement Systems waterproofed her basement by installing DryTrak Basement Water Control System to redirect all the unwanted water to a SuperSump sump sump. Her basement now will remain dry all year round as a result of the products that were installed by Quality 1st Basement Systems.
This homeowner living in Washington Township, NJ contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems after seeing our concrete lifting and leveling advertisement in the TheHomeMag. System Design Specialist, Mike Jersey, inspected the walkway and reassured the homeowner that each sinking slab would be lifted back to level with PolyLevel, removing the tripping hazard they had outside their home.
PolyLevel is a foam that is injected into a sinking slab of concrete, once underneath the foam begins to expand and harden raising it back to its original state.
