There are many levels to waterproofing a home's basement, but the system that is at the heart of water removal in a basement is the sump pump. If your sump pump can't keep up with the water seeping into your basement, what is it there for? This Trenton, NJ homeowner contacted us to help update their waterproofing system to keep up with the water they were noticing in their basement. We were just the right people to call!
System Design Specialist Brandon provided the homeowner with a free quote, and our Foreman Heriberto came to the site to install the new system. Our TripleSafe Sump Pump System was the highlight of our crew's waterproofing repair installation. By updating and replacing the original sump pump, the basement now has three times the amount of protection than it did before. Our TripleSafe Sump Pump features three pumps to keep up with a very high volume of water. This simple replacement makes a huge difference for a basement with water seepage!
This Trenton homeowner experienced basement flooding. Because this basement has a monolithic foundation, it is not recommended to jackhammer the perimeter of the basement to install the drain. Quality 1st Basement Systems recommended installing the DryTrak basement waterproofing system which channels the water from the floor joint to this SuperSump sump pump to keep this basement dry!

A Homeowner in Hamilton, New Jersey was experiencing unleveled concrete slabs in front of their home and was worried that it might become a trip hazard to the homeowners and others walking by in their community.
Quality 1st was able to level and stabilize the concrete slab by injecting a polyurethane foam, PolyLevel underneath the concrete slab. The foam is injected into the concrete through penny-size holes and in a matter of minutes, the slab begins to return back to its original position. PolyLevel installs quickly and is a permanent solution to concrete lifting. Within a short amount of time, the sidewalk was ready to be walked on leaving the homeowner worry free from any tripping hazards.
Check out the great work done by Concrete Foreman, Iian and his team. A homeowner reached out to us for a solution to the sinking concrete driveway they were experiencing. The apron of the driveway had settled causing small dips in the driveway. Every time a car pulled in or out it would hit the dip. The homeowner wanted the apron of the driveway lifted so that they would't have to worry about tripping over it or it settling even further.
Using PolyLevel Foam, Our Team led by Iian, raised the concrete back to level, removing the trip hazard and permanently stabilizing the concrete.
